As a Human Resources professional, I've leveraged my love for technology to drive innovation and change in my work, always balancing it with empathy and integrity. While Romanian is my mother tongue, I've always been captivated by the process of mastering new languages. As a child, I found it effortless to acquire and retain new words, eagerly applying them in my English classes. This enthusiasm has only deepened over time. I've pursued courses in French, Italian, German, and Norwegian. Each new linguistic venture unveils a fresh world of culture, people, and opportunities. Friends and colleagues often commend my ability to converse in English with the fluency of a native speaker and mimic other accents. These linguistic abilities have not only enriched my personal adventures but also elevated my professional interactions in the diverse, global landscape of Human Resources.
My five-month scholarship in Norway as an Erasmus International student marked a pivotal turning point in my life. Collaborating with diverse individuals and understanding cultural subtleties has proven invaluable in my HR role, where promoting diversity is paramount. This Norwegian adventure, intertwining academics with leisure and cultural immersion, deeply influenced my career trajectory.

The business opportunities I seized following my time in Norway, combined with my spiritual growth, have deeply shaped who I am today, and I am grateful for each one. A quote that resonates with me is, "If your dreams do not scare you, they are not big enough." It encourages me to continually challenge myself, dream big, and aim high.
Now, I envision a stress-free life focused on self-care, continuous learning, leadership and making a meaningful impact on other women's lives, all while drawing inspiration for empowerment.
